Our Story

Retail experience meets software expertise.

We didn't start as a software company. We started as retailers — managing stock, running checkouts, dealing with queues, and wrestling with POS systems that were either too expensive, too complex, or both.

When we moved into IT, we brought that experience with us. We knew exactly what a store actually needs in the afternoon on a busy Saturday — and what gets in the way. So we built the system we always wished existed.

SBBPOS is a small team. That's intentional. It means every decision is made by people who understand both sides — the shop floor and the codebase. No corporate layers, no feature bloat driven by investor demands, no support tickets that disappear into a queue.
